Refund Policy

We realize that sometimes you change your mind after placing an order. Your order can be refunded if it is returned within 5-days after receiving the order. To qualify for a return item must be unworn/unused, not damaged, fragrance free, smoke free, and in the same condition received.

 

All on Sale and Seasonal Item Are Non-Refundable

  2. In your email, please include your full name, order number, and detailed reason for return.
  3. Customer service will reply if return has been accepted. (We do reserve the right to refuse your return if item/s appears to be in poor condition or did not me our return policy.)
  4. Once return has been accepted return address will be provided.
  5. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Please return item/s in original box received. All original packaging must be on item/s as received and packing slip must be included in return as proof of purchase.
  7. Once return has been received an inspection will be completed on each item/s received. (If items do not meet our refund policy an email will be sent refusing your return.
  8. Refund will be returned to original form of payment. Refund may take 3 to 10 business days depending on your banking institution.

 

What if I receive my package and something is wrong?

Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping Only/ No P.O.Boxes

All orders are processed, inspected, and shipped in 2 to 3 business days or sooner with the exceptions of sales and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, please estimate arrival between 2 to 14 business days.

Once item/s have shipped a tracking number will be provided to the email used during purchase.

Shipping is calculated before checkout and can be seen before completing your purchase.

Incorrect shipping information can result in package being returned. If package is returned customer will be responsible for return shipping cost and redelivery fee. Nor will refund, replacement or credit be provided for returns with incorrect address provided by customer.

At Royalti Hat Boutique we hold ourselves to the highest expectation of quality merchandise. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping to our customers.

Royalti Hat Boutique is not responsible for lost packages confirmed delivered, stolen packages, damaged packages, or packages delivered to the incorrect address.

 

Items out of Stock

Due to the high demand of some items, some items may go on back order. We will send out an email if the item is unavailable and the expected delivery time frame to arrive at the boutique. We endeavor to have all our items available for shipping. We ask to please keep in mind some delivery times are longer and normal.
